2. Orders and Payments

3. Delivering and Delivery
We deliver orders based on the selected delivery method. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivering information. Being That Guy is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier issues.
4. Cancellations and Returns
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Sale items and personalized products are non-returnable. Refunds are processed after item inspection.

All users must engage respectfully. Abuse, fraud, or misconduct will result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to cancel orders or ban accounts that violate our policies.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
While we strive for accuracy, Being That Guy is not responsible for typographical errors, color discrepancies due to screen settings, or third-party service interruptions. Liability for any product issue is limited to the product's purchase price.
